I’m sorry, I haven’t been online in a month or so! I completely forgot about this site. From now on, I’ll try to log on here more often.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni, Usagi Drop, Hanasaku Iroha, Nichijou, Ikoku Meiro no Croisee, Kami-sama no Memo-chou, the TWGOK special, and Uta no Prince-sama have all finished airing in the past month or so. BakaTest was even more hilarious and ridiculous than the first season, and there were also some interesting romances going on, including the Hideyoshi/summerfag 2 pairing in episode 12. Usagi Drop had a non-pedophile ending, which I should have expected but was dreading since someone on Tumblr spoiled the manga for me. Hanasaku Iroha had a great ending that left me thinking, “I wish there were more anime like this one.” I could easily say the same thing about Nichijou: it’s the funniest and cutest anime I’ve ever seen, and I really loved all of the characters, particularly Mai and Nakamura. Ikoku Meiro had a cute ending with Yune as the center of attention, finally gaining the admiration of the Gallery residents. Kamimemo’s ending seemed to imply that Alice committed suicide, so I’m not sure how to feel about that. The TWGOK special had YUI!!! cameos in the ending song, which literally made me scream in joy, since Yui is my favorite character in TWGOK. UtaPri had an annoying harem ending, which made me really angry, since it reminded me of La Corda D’Oro, which isn’t an anime that I like.

Well, overall, I have to admit that this season and the previous one (spring and summer 2011) had some of the greatest anime I’ve ever known. I’m looking forward to watching the fall 2011 anime.

Speaking of the upcoming anime season, what does everyone else plan to watch? I’m definitely watching Shakugan no Shana III (and so is basically everyone else), Working’!!, Mirai Nikki, Mashiro-Iro Symphony, and Shinryaku?! Ika Musume, and I might also watch C3 and Kimi to Boku., since they both seem fairly interesting.

I’m continuing Fairy Tail, of course, which I’m really looking forward to watching. It’s finally time for the Zeref arc!! I really like the new opening; when I saw the new opening, I screamed as loud as I did with the Yui cameos. The ending is alright, but it disappointed me at first, since I was looking forward to seeing Gajeel or Juvia in it. Also, the manga is extremely puzzling right now: what the heck is going on?! It’s keeping me on the edge of my mattress when I read each new chapter.

I also watched W~Wish, which was totally not worth it. I mean, nothing even happened until halfway through the anime, and the series was too short for me to like any of the characters. I don’t really recommend it to anyone who hasn’t already seen it.

Oh, and I also have to count the anime that I’ve been watching with Nathaniel. We finished Eureka Seven and Saikano last month, and we’re slowly watching Shiki. All three of them are great—Shiki is so far, anyways—and I highly recommend them to any otaku. Eureka Seven is long (51 episodes) and has a large amount of characters, and the ending is kinda open-ended, but the overall series is emotional and full of mecha action scenes. Saikano is like the traditional (literally; it’s, like, ten to fifteen years old) story about romance during a war, and it also has a lot of emotional scenes; most of them made me cry, at least a little. Shiki is a psychological vampire story in which a lot of murder crimes are committed, so it’s a little similar to Higurashi, but it has a lot more main characters and is much shorter. They’re all kinda shounen anime, so they’re better for guys to watch than girls.

I’m such an otaku. It’s not like being on Tumblr will change the fact that I’m a total weeaboo.

Rika is still my favorite character, but I think Shion comes in a close second. I thought the battle between them during Meakashi-hen was simply epic. I especially liked the part when Rika said “Sorry, no thanks,” and stabbed herself to death, instead of being killed by Shion. Rika is so amazing for a little girl. <3

Maybe I can finish the first season before September begins. o-o

I restarted Higurashi no Naku Koro ni; I couldn’t even remember why I had it on hiatus in the first place. XD; I was able to watch episodes 12 through 16 before Megavideo finally gave me the “72 minutes” message. Five eps is quite a bit of anime, so I’ll just stop for tonight.

Corollary to yesterday’s whining: Intermediate Algebra is like a sped-up version of Algebra II, which I took and aced last year, so it won’t be very difficult.

Ethics looks like it will be lots of fun, even if some of my classmates are jerks, and Government looks slightly harder than Algebra but still easy.

I guess my MW classes are the hardest ones.

I started school today, high school and college.

My high school schedule is still messed up. [[Dr. Bitchardson didn’t fix it e-e]] I didn’t attend those weird classes that I didn’t sign up for. I ignored the first period AP English class and went to Mr. Pridgen’s room to sign up for non-credit Teacher Assist, then I headed to Mrs. Strock’s room and stayed there for the rest of the period as her first period teacher’s assistant. It looks like that will be fun for me. c=

Microcomputer Applications doesn’t look like it will be very hard, but it will probably be quite time-consuming. My first assignment was to do a “computer shop project,” and it took me almost three hours to complete it, even though I knew exactly what I was doing. I’ll learn how to use all of the Microsoft programs, including Excel and Access, which will be very useful when I become an accountant.

Speaking of accounting, the class—Accounting I—is already really hard, and I just had my first class today. I don’t think this is a good sign. o-o MyAccountingLab won’t accept my student access code, so I can’t do my assignments until it lets me register, which might be a problem. I hope my professor [Dr. Murphy] helps me out with it.

Ep 7 of BakaTest was hilarious, as is every other episode so far. Fairy Tail 92 was great, since it had the two Erzas and Mystogan for a while, especially Mystogan. … I didn’t watch anything else today. XD;

I guess I’ll try to go to bed now, since four hours passed before I fell asleep last night, and I’d like to be energetic enough to attend classes tomorrow morning.

Where did my summer vacation go? It seems like it just started a few days ago, but it’s already been three months.
